1. Box
1.1. Box size: length x width x height = 1220 x 1000 x 900mm.
1.2. Material: All stainless steel structure (SUS 304), thickness
3mm.
1.3. Glove opening: 220mm diameter, made of hard aluminum alloy,
anti-corrosion treated.
1.4. Gloves: American PIERCAN gloves, glove diameter 8 inches,
thickness 0.4 mm, butyl rubber material.
1.5. Window: The operating surface is tilted and made of 10mm
safety tempered glass. The front window is affixed with a specially
customized super-strong sealing ring and adopts a front door
opening structure.
1.6. A certain positive and negative pressure (-12mbar to 12mbar)
can be maintained during use.
1.7. The cabinet is equipped with energy-saving lamps and
anti-reflective materials, which provide soft light and prevent
visual fatigue.
1.8. A multi-hole power connection board (power supply: 220V±10%
50Hz±10%) is pre-installed in the box.
1.9. The box is equipped with 5 standard KF-40 interfaces for easy
access to liquids, gases, signals, etc.
1.10. A hanging storage board is provided inside the box.
1.11. Bracket: with casters, height 914mm. The casters have the
functions of leveling, moving and fixing.
1.12. Leakage rate: ≤0.05vol%/h. According to the ISO 10648-2
standard document, the indicators are clearly given:

2. Transition cabin
Large transition cabin:
2.1. Shape: cylindrical (304 stainless steel), connected to the
glove box, with manual and automatic air extraction and
replenishment control.
2.2. Size: 360mm inner diameter, 600mm long large transition cabin
(right side operation), gas spring door opening method, with
sliding tray in the transition cabin.
2.3. Large transition compartment tray: Stainless steel 230 mm ×
595 mm, can be freely moved left and right, and the extended depth
is 361 mm.
2.4. Vacuum degree: ≤-0.1MPa (large transition tank requires vacuum
with display), vacuum pressure gauge uses German Wika.
Small transition cabin:
2.5. Shape: cylindrical (304 stainless steel), connected to the
glove box, controlled by manual valve.
2.6. Dimensions: inner diameter Ф155mm×320mm, single handle
clamping method.
2.7. Vacuum degree: ≤-0.1MPa (the small transition cabin requires
vacuum pumping with display), the vacuum pressure gauge is German
Wika.
3. Control system
3.1. Mode: including self-diagnosis, power-off self-starting
features, pressure control and adaptive functions. Automatic
control, cycle control, password protection, vacuum chamber control
adopt LCD display. The control unit adopts German SIEMENS touch
screen, and the operation menu can be selected: Chinese/English.
3.2. Pressure control: Control the pressure of the box and
transition chamber at a certain set value.
3.3. Foot pedal: can control the pressure of the glove box and
facilitate operation.
4. Circulation purification system
4.1. Purification capacity: water and oxygen <1ppm.
4.2. Adjustment device: Through PLC touch-type adjustment (heating,
vacuuming, purification, regeneration), the whole process does not
require human monitoring.
4.3. Working gas: N2 or Ar (gas circulation).
4.5. Circulation fan: imported high-speed variable frequency fan
from Elektror, Germany, flow rate 0-80m3/h, microprocessor
controlled, pressure-tested stainless steel device.
4.6. Single purification column: German BASF deoxygenation
material, American UOP high-efficiency water absorption material,
including 5 kg of deoxygenation material, 60L of deoxygenation, 5
kg of dehydration material, and 2 kg of dehydration.
4.7. Purification valve: Fully automatic electro-pneumatic valve.
Modular design.
4.8. Filter: Use a high-efficiency filter with a pore size of 0.3
microns that meets the HEPA standard.
5. Regeneration system
Used to purify the system for reuse and activation; regeneration
requires a mixture of N2/H2 or Ar/H2, in which H2 accounts for
5-10%.
6. Display system
The control unit adopts German SIEMENS touch screen, operation
menu: Chinese/English.
7. Vacuum system
Automatic gas-controlled electroplating plate; the vacuum pump uses
the British Edwards RV12 vacuum pump. The box body and transition
chamber can be vacuumed separately, and can be controlled

1. Water analyzer
