VGB-6-JF quenching furnace glove box assembly: main box length x width x height = single section single station front door type 1220*780*900 + single section double station front door fixed glove box 1800*780*900, single-sided operation, standard inclined working surface, non-standard docking laboratory box furnace on the left + internal quenching mechanism + right heating type cylindrical transition bin inner diameter 360x length 600 structure + right small transition bin inner diameter 150x length 300 structure.

Performance highlights

1.PLC control and touch screen operation: realize artificial intelligence to the greatest extent.

2. Fully automatic large transition chamber automatic pumping and replenishing system: just operate it simply on the touch screen.

3. Integrated purification system inside the control cabinet: While reducing the space occupied by the equipment, it has a built-in 10Kg large-capacity organic solvent adsorption system and a large-capacity professional-grade water and oxygen purification column adsorption system, which can quickly purify the experimental environment inside the glove box. Under standard conditions, that is, 200C constant temperature, one standard atmospheric pressure, 65% relative humidity, 99.999% inert gas source, water and oxygen indicators are less than 0.1ppm.
